5 Steps to change your belief(Life)

Have you ever wondered why law of attraction doesn't work always?


Here is the reason:

You develop several thoughts in a day on different aspects of your life such as health, wealth, relationships and so on. Based on the situations, you may have positive and negative thoughts on the same aspect. If law of attraction worked always your life will be a mess. Instead law of attraction responds to your strong opinions and beliefs.

( Don't you feel relieved , the negative thoughts you developed unknowingly won't bother you anymore.)

Affirmations do work if they matches your belief. One of the powerful ways to attract more positivity in all aspects of your life is to change the opinion on them. These steps help to convert your affirmations into belief.


1. Choose the area to be improved in your life:

Thoughts are just expressions of your beliefs. Calm down your mind and write your feelings and thoughts on your health, relationships, career and so on. Describe the current status in a single statement. If your statements are affirmations such as

'I am healthy'

'I am wealthy'

proceed from step 3 else continue with step 2


2. Make generalised affirmation:

Affirmations that are very particular on your issues experience strong opposition from your conscious mind. It is very challenging in the beginning. Generalised affirmations are easy to believe.

For example: when you have a sore throat, 'I am healthy' is easier to believe than 'My throat is great'

Generalised affirmations are simple statements describing overall wellness of different aspects of life.


3. Develop thoughts to support your affirmations:

This is the most important step. People who are tired of law of attraction failed to do this. Recollect all the positive experiences you had in the area of your affirmation. Support your affirmations with as many thoughts as you could from the past and present experiences to make your belief stronger.

For example: you can support the affirmation 'I am healthy' by the thoughts

I have good appetite.

Breathing is bliss.

I enjoy walking, swimming..

Continue working on this until your mind accepts your affirmation as the absolute truth.


4. Be grateful:

Now the opinion on your is your general affirmation.

'I am healthy' is now your belief on your health.

It's time to be grateful for your good health. Express gratitude for all your affirmations you believe in. This helps in maintaining the materialistic wellness of the affirmations as well as the happiness out of it all the time.


5. Go detailed:

Fill yourselves with gratitude. Then start being grateful desired affirmations you need to manifest. Your desire gets manifested only when it is backed with the belief. So, every time follow these steps before you go detailed to match your affirmations with your belief.

Ex: when 'I am healthy' is your belief on health, 'My heart is healthy' will be easy to believe and to manifest.

Here I have chosen the health aspect to narrate the steps. You can use this to inculcate positivity in all walks of life.
